Senior Developer - Cambridge / WFH

Job Overview:

The senior developer, working closely with the head of development, will be responsible for the architectural design and implementation of complex components within our suite of loan origination and collection products. Initially focusing on a significant redesign of our loan origination platform, BlueLink, the senior developer will work closely with and mentor other team members.

Skills & Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Strong C#
  • Strong SQL
  • Strong concurrency design
  • Some web, preferably with React and Typescript

Essential Experience:

  • 10+ years designing and developing software using the .NET platform.
  • Working on, designing and building components with complex concurrency requirements in large-scale, asynchronous systems.
  • Working directly with clients/users to understand and define requirements.
  • Working across the development life cycle, from requirements and specification through development, testing and production support.

Desired Experience:

  • Working in the financial sector.
  • Designing and implementing small domain specific languages.
